This workshop is designed as an intentional guide to help you harness the energy of spring for personal renewal and goal-setting. Through guided journaling, reflection, and action planning, attendees will gain clarity on their aspirations and create a roadmap to achieve them.
You don’t have to have a steady journaling practice to be part of this journaling workshop. This space is open to beginner and advanced “journalers” alike. The environment is inviting, engaging, and intentional.
We’ll journal through at least three rounds of prompts to gain clarity, reflect, and experience gratitude, emphasizing joy.
Bring your journal, writing instrument, and your favorite beverage if you’d like.
